My wife and I volunteered our house, in bartlesville. A long as the mtg isnt on the 25 it can stay that way. kevin was going to send out an emailasking for other volunteers. Have not heard anything for sure.

Ok, just a lack of comunication or confusion when it was brought up. I think you, Travis, were over by Jason's tank, maybe setting up the camera when Jerrod hollered at ya and asked to send out an email asking for more volunteers. Maybe Jerrod will jump in here and let us know what he wants us to do.

The third saturday should be the 18th. so their shouldnt be a scheduling conflict. We may possible want to do a carpool/caravan/convoy type thing just to minimize a few things. keep poeple from getting lost. that sorta thing. What do you all think?

Travis, all I can tell you is we volunteered our house when they asked at Jason's who wanted to host next months mtg. Jerrod kinda wanted to save the Bartlesville trip for the summer so he was gonna have you send out an email to see if anyone else would want to host in February. If not, and it is the 18th it's all good. We can run with that.
