Japanese reef tank

Would love to try this lighting tech. on my next setup. It's really interesting.
What sites could I get info from?

RVA is a great site. Here are some links to products. I'm still looking for the LED lighting that I thought the picture I posted was using, but you can see some of the more popular MH set ups at the links I provided. I'm still searching so I'll dig up some more pics of tanks etc.

Somehow Red Sea is affiliated with H&S, becuase at most Japanese online stores H&S equipment is found under the Red Sea brand name.

In order to get a rough estimate on prices, just take the last two numbers and read them as "cents".

Right now the Yen is about 121 yen to $1, so about a $1.21 per dollar :)

I just realized now that my first euro-braced reef tank, though certainly no match to that Japanese tank, actually had a similar taste of aquascaping, may be I should start preparing for a rimless tank myself.

My tank in 2003, lasted only 6 months before we had to move:

And this Japanese tank again:

jacmyoung: Your aquascape looks even better! Gorgeous!

I'm guessing that if anyone imported those weird japanese lights to our shores then someone would have posted a link already (?) I'd love to play around with those led fixtures for supplemental/cosmetic lighting on my reef. So cool!
