If anyone needs help getting photos posted, then I will try to help out. I will also try to help with any camera issues if possible. If you guys want to do some basic photography at the January meeting, then we can plan to do that to help with this.

Now would be a good time for you all to practice taking reef photos. You can post them on the forum for everyone to see. It will be good practice before the contest starts.

It isn't about how good your camera is. Just find something interesting in the reef to capture in a pic. I may post a few photos, but I will not be in the contest. Share your pictures even if you do not think they are that good. Others may think they are great. You can't win if you don't enter, so why not try.

A few questions: What about those of us that only small tanks, like 30 gal? I would think this pump would be too large in such a case. What if the person that wins the contest doesn't have a need for this size pump? Could they trade the prize in for something else, like fish, coral, food, smaller equipment or maybe store credit at BSL?
