Hello,
I've had a pair of yellow-head/pearly jawfish for the last two years. They've always seemed fine in my tank, but about a week ago I noticed one had gone missing. I now have to assume that the fish has passed on somehow and so am worried for it's counterpart. Everything I've seen and read indicates that these fish are found in small groups in the wild and in aquarium settings. Has anyone had experience with these and lost one of a pair as I have? Should I buy one other jawfish to replace the single dead fish, or buy several. I love the fish and wouldn't mind a few more. My tank also has room for more than one new fish.
