JBJ 28G LED hood ballast

Have a 28G JBJ advanced led tank and the LED daylight ballast went out. This is the large separated ballast that powers the 5 led light strips.

Anyone have a spare jbj ballast for sale or trade for some sps frags?

Or any idea how to fix without buying from rip off JBJ company?

Is it an external ballast like a large brick? It's for a 89W led hood but output is 24V dc.
