I heard that macro can release toxins and kill your tank ?

At certain critical masses popular macros like caulerpa or halimeda will 'go sexual' releasing both spores/gametes into your system & the nutrients they've been uptaking from your tank. It can crash your system by flooding it with nitrates/phosphates, changing your pH, or even overloading your biological filter with ammonia.

There's usually a visual indicator before it happens, and it can be cleared up with a combination of filter pads, carbon, and water changes.

Nice explanation zrogst. I just monitor it, do my water changes, and try to keep everything balanced with little or no changes

No I found out that bottom glass is not tempered but i went with Eshopps hang on box. Works great and stays siphoned even after is shut off. Will post pics in next few days.

My 24 hour update. I have noticed splashing of water from overflow and from the skimmer, i have made a custom vinyl lid that has cut out for over flow, skimmer, and the light. It took a while to even out the pump with the flow so does not run dry. Working great and refugium is getting great flow.
