JBJ 6 led help

Hello all,

I have a 6 gallon JBJ Nano cube, primarily softies. I want to upgrade the default PC lights to LED's to reduce the heat and improve the lighting of course.

Are there any suggestions on what some of the best LED lights to look for are as well as how i could modify them into my canopy which i wish to keep?

Any suggestions helpful, open to spending between $150 to $300 including all parts to modify, lighting, etc.

appreciative of any help of direction that can be offered.

Hey man I also have a 6 gallon jbj and am looking to upgrade to reduce the heat. What temp does your tank sit at and do you have a heater in the rear chamber? I have one on the first chamber and feel that the heater is the problem. The temp in the main part o the tank is one and the rear chamber stays cooler? What do think? This would cause the heater to. One on and cause the tank to overheat? Thanks and about your light go with a par38 led bulb remove the hood.

Go with rapidleds they have some really affordable led kits u could but n retrofit them into the canopy
