JBJ Artica Chiller

I have a JBJ Artica chiller EC-150 to cool my 30 gal reef tank through the summer. I have had it for a month now. It ran for 2 weeks, was off for 9 days and I started it up again a few days ago. The unit is warm and the pump is circulating air to and from the chiller however it is not cooling my tank at all. During the day the temp raises a degree or two with the T5 lights. I have it set to cool to 76 however it stays beween 79-82
Any suggestions?

I would double check your pump to be sure it's really pumping water. Mine went out and caused me a lot of heartache. If that's good, call JBJ asap, it's still under warranty I'm sure. I have the JBJ arctica 1/10 and it cools my tank down a degree in a few minutes.
