JBJ Auto Top off...broken switch

Hi, I purchased this about a month ago and I finally have a chance to set it up during my vacation.

The problem I'm having is that the switch is broken off when I tried to switch from Setup A to Setup B.

The product is still brand new...I'm not sure if its a durability issue or what? Is there anything that can be done?

Right now, the product works, but tends to overfill the sump reservoir...

You can contact JBJ at ( toll-free ): 1-877-374-9981 or at 310-672-4021 you can also send an email to their Warranty Claims at warranty@jbjlighting.com.

ATO controllers are warranted to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase
