JBJ or Innovative Marine

I'm in the process of planning out my next tank build and have come to an stop in the road. I would like to go rimless, and I have seen the JBJ 45 gallon and the Innovative Marine 40 gallon. Does anyone have an opinion on one or the other. I know JBJ makes a good product, but I also know IM has a huge consumer base. I want to make sure I pick the best tank for my next move!

I have the JBJ but recommend the IM for two reasons... Screen and filter socks. I believe (but might be wrong) that the IM is also longer giving more swim length for fish. I like the JBJ, nothing wrong with the build quality. You should also look at CAD Lights...the 45 shallow looks amazing, but they also have AIO options.

I had the same thread a few months ago, chose the IM for some of the reasons above. Excellent tank and quality I have had no issues with it so far.

Sorry, its the 30G IM that's 3 feet wide. All I'm saying is if you're gonna spend that money, you should look at a small bump to the CAD Lights Versa series, and you get a sump underneath included. $100-$200 is just a drop in the tank in this hobby (hehe, pun intended). My next tank definitely won't be another AIO. Pain in the butt to have the sump at the back, for adjustments and unable to see anything.

Has Cadlights gotten better? For a while I heard the quality was iffy, and the customer service was minimal at best. I do like how sharp they look in pictures though...
