JBJ Pro LED problem

I have the JBJ 28 PRO LED and when I raised the hood today the second strip of white LED's is not lit. I am handy with house and car wiring but I know nothing about the LED's. Anyone have a clue where I should start looking. Would it be the led's, the driver or the wiring.

happened to mine too. had to replace the stip. not too complicated.
