How is the potters angel doing? I have heard that they are hard to keep, but yours looked like they were doing well. Do you have a problem with them eating coral? Awesome tank btw!!

Thanks. All angels are iffy. They pick on my brains and acans but leave everything else alone, even the P.E. from the SPS

Finally took my skimmer apart to clean it. This is pretty much the only reason I replaced the K2. If the K2 would have come apart to clean everything I probably would have kept it, but I love the ATB I now have. With this being the first time I have ever owned a skimmer like this, its amazing just how many pieces it brakes down to thoroughly clean it. After being put back together and being in the tank for about 10min the collection cup already had a wall a foam without having the need to slime up first. Impressive!

Welp the fun will really begin this weekend and I'm sure I'll be stressing out by next Wednesday All my tanks are coming down and being moved to our new house and in all honesty I'm not looking forward to it one bit. I have decided some of the fish in the rimless tank will be coming out. The Lavender Tang has already come out as it just went rogue one night and started attacking everything, and killed one of my stripped cardinals in his rampage. The Elbi Angel has to come out as well as he has starting picking on my LPS's and my brain corals have started to recede. I have since moved these to another tank. The Blue Eyed Cardinals are coming too as they are just getting more territorial the bigger they get, and mainly targeting my wrasses for some reason, so they have to go. In the middle of all this chaos, I thought about taking the opportunity to upgrade to a much larger tank as the wife actually said I could fill up a 12' wall , short notice of course! lmao... I decided to hold out for now and let this one fill out a bit more since my summers are usually very hectic and the "YES" to the upgrade was just too short. I think she had it planned out very well! I also don't want to cut any corners on this one. Plus I still have to decide if I want glass or acrylic (120" x 30" x 22"). Its a tank I have been pondering for awhile now thats actually going to become a reality at some point now that the wife is on board with it.
Anyways, I went ahead and ordered some new 20k LEDs to see how I feel about them. They "should" be here sometime within the next 2 weeks, probably right in the middle of my move lol. I also put an Avast Kalkstirrer inline with my ATO Tuesday night to help keep my levels up. I haven't check them here recently but love this thing already. Very simple and for the most part hands off

New house = New remodel Umm, the house is getting a built in stand with some built in bookshelves on each side. I was unprepared for it so most of the build is going to be out of my head as I go along.

Really nice build Josh. Are you going to have all your equipment in the stand or will you run drains etc. through that backing wall?
