In general with all Jebao products... They are not known for their "quality"/"longevity"...
Price is great but you may end up replacing it much more often than a quality brand so it may actually cost more in the long run..
Power supplies are known to be undersized/cheap thus leading to overheating/shortened lifespan..
That said my Jebao DC12000 is doing great after 2+ years.. Just cleaned it for the first time last weekend.. But I run it at 4 out of 6 speed to avoid running it at its "max"..

I have 3 Jebao DC12000 running for over a year now. One is external and runs my Close Loop. I've had zero issues. But mcgyvr is right, Jebao has had their share of issues. I've tossed 3 or 4 WP40 wave maker powerheads and a couple of their controllers. But the big pumps have been solid so far.
