Jebao to Neptune Apex Communication Cable Group Buy

Good find Bobby.

I looked for one of these for quite a while before just having to build one. It is great to be able to control these pumps through the Apex.

I have two wp40's in external waveboxes that I built onto my 300 - this cable lets me sync them and very easily get a nice controlled wave that moves the entire tank.

You guys will be happy you got in on this.

a place that starts with e and ends with y sell these if you use the combo of "apex jebao" in search box. for people who missed the boat.

This is the best way to shut these pumps up. Got them hooked up today and it made a big difference. Super simple plug and play set up.

Got my cables and they look to be assembled well. I will report back when I get a chance to actually hook it up. I'll be using it on an ACIII + aquasurf.

Perfect. Just got the cable hooked up tonight and the programming finished. So happy to be able to set up a 24 hour cycle and get rid of the 2 stock "controllers", if you want to call them that, more like manual switches. Thanks again.

The cables are actually higher quality than I was expecting.

Glad you got your programming squared away.

You should have 4 variable outlets. If your hooked up to 1/2 then your programming should go there for each powerhead. Variable speed 1 and variable speed 2.

You need to create profiles. This is where you can setup different wave, calm, nutrient export, ramp, night modes, etc.

Then you'll program what time you want the mode to come on in the Variable Outlet.

For example:

If Time 06:00 to 10:00 Then WAVE
and so on

Also, since the apex is supplying the power to the pump through the vdm there's no need to have it plugged in to your energy bar. If you have other standard outlets available you can plug them in there and free up room on the e.b. for other equipment.

Assuming you had it on the e.b. for feed statements and what not.
