Oh that sucks, I was told I'll get the new controller. I'll see how it works first, I may not need the new controller. I have the variable voltage regulator.This is what a new controller looks like with speed control. It seems by pushing the speed button you cycle thru the various speeds (S1, S2, S3) indicated by the corresponding LED light. I just need someone to confirm if it is true. Also can the various speed be incorporated into different modes? I also don't understand the differences between H1, H2, H3 and S1, S2, and S3. Are H1, H2, and H3 3 different modes and S1, S2, and S3 3 different speeds or are there all together 6 different speeds?

If you bought yours from FS, they will send you a free upgrade when the new controller is available. If you got yours on a group buy, that's a different story.:worried2:
I got it from fish street. I got the this voltage regulator from them also but didn't come with a plug to the outlet. It says Laptop and LCD universal AC adapter. Where can I get one or do I need one? This is just too strong for my 20g, and the dial doesn't seem to adjust anything.

Do you have an old computer or printer power cord laying around like the one in the lower part of this picture? Or you can easily find one at Walmart or any computer store.

Who do you ordered from? As far as I know, nobody has new controller shipped yet, distributor or group buy. I am still struggling with them everyday trying to get my orders shipped.

From FS of the WP25 seems like they came out with another controller.

Wow, we haven't even seen the 1D and 1E, now they have 1F! I guess they must have some QC issues or they just want to leapfrog.

I like else mode, it gives a good random flow.
Just got an answer from fish street about me not getting the new controller, Eric says at the time mine was updated and now they just got a new one 2 days ago. I guess I have to like the old controller. Anyway, what does the dial knob do, doesn't seem to change the flow. Stupid manual is in chinese, sent product to US with Chinese instructions. I should know better.

The dial adjust the frequency of the wave or how often the wave comes.
There is an English manual around here somewhere as well as on Fish-Street.

They offered me a new controller for $10. I thought it was a free upgrade (or maybe that just covers their shipping)
