Jebao WP25 Information

Who do you ordered from? As far as I know, nobody has new controller shipped yet, distributor or group buy. I am still struggling with them everyday trying to get my orders shipped.

I just got 2 WP-40's Yesterday that came with the new controllers. I bought these through another group buy.

Let me fix the YouTube link for you. Nice tank!

Here is another video of my tank with one wp25.. it's in the right side of the tank.. it's in ELSE mode I bumped it up a little above 50%... it really distributes the flow pretty nice.. I am playing around with the other modes as well as I plan to ramp it up a little more...

Hey guys, what if I put the night sensor plug and cover it in black tape so it'll trigger it. Wouldn't that cut the power in half?

It does cut the flow in half... but it also puts the pump in a steady state mode, i.e. no waves, no pulse, no else modes. It just becomes a power head. Good try though.

Also the night sensor does not work in total darkness, it needs a little light, like from the on/off switch on a power strip or I used to use my moonlights.

So covering it in black tape and having a total blackout, would not work either.

If your controller is located in a spot where there isn't much difference in light intensity between day and night I still think you can extend (with a wire) the night sensor to a light source where there will be a difference.

hey all-
got my wp-25's. i also got an led dimmer (white with dial) to slow 1 down. haven't looked at it , but does the dimmer go between the outlet (wall) and controller, or between the controller and powerhead? thanks
any other tips on using this dimmer?

edit: sitting at work and thinking - seems like it must be between the controlloer and the powerhead. dc , right?

Actually it goes between controller and power supply...

Sorry guys for not doing my full review of my two wp 25s. I was part o the group that got them first from mac's group buy. But since then I've sold my tank and am currently in the planing phase of my upgrade. So again, sorry Mac and to everyone else.
