Jebao WP25 Information

I just got two of these for my 5' 110. Was planning on using both, but does anyone think I can get away with one? That's my preference as I would like to keep one as backup.

I have 1 wp10 and 1 wp25 in my 75g across from each other. Just ordered another 25 to put in the 10's place and going to use the 10 either to help mix sw or put on the back wall facing the front. Advice?

Does anyone have any issues with the impeller shift getting stuck/fused to the ceramic insert you put in the rubber sleeve? I have 2 WP-40 and 2 WP-25 and they all done the same thing. In a lot of the cases I have to pry them apart ending with breaking the insert. Have not seen this as a spare part either.

I have a 40 and a 25 and have never had that problem.
Mine always come out pretty easy when I clean them.

The toughest part I have sometime is opening the case.

Didn't use to have the issue and they have been running well for about a year. Just the last couple of months it has start happening.

Is this normal???

I have my WP25 in wave mode and once every 15-20 mins it makes a loud sucking noise and a rush of bubbly water shoots out the nozzle. Doesn't make sense since the pump is 5" below the water line.

So I watched the pump for 15 mins and the suction was strong enough that it caused a whirlpool which led to the surface and pulled in air.

Oh no, the powerhead on mine just died!
Got from the very first group buy when they were newly released. Over a year ago?
Maybe an excuse to get the newest version... what's improved since the earliest model?

Great excuse :) I would be happy if mine do a year. :) great time to upgrade without breaking the bank or spending nearly as much as other brands

I just got 2 of the RW-8's last week
One set for Master the other a slave so one controls both.
They have a night mode that seems to work better then the little sensors they had before.
They are a little more compact.
I had the WP-25
I'm happy and the tanks seems to be happy also......lol

I'm just starting to read the threads about them,...not sure if I understand the wireless part. I currently have a 40 and 60,...really happy with them :)
