anyone know the Warranty on this beast that died in my tank after 3months of use. ***:angryfire::angryfire::angryfire::angryfire::angryfire:

This is the chance you take buying anything where the brand doesn't have a website so you can contact them. This is especially true of stuff that comes from outside the US and will cost a small fortune to ship back (say to China for example). By Jebao from ReefBreeders or TheFishStore and you get help. Buy it from Ebay or Amazon and you are screwed! That's why they charge a little more. You pick your seller and you take your chances.

If you Bought it From a Amazon warehouse there might be a Warranty threw amazon.. If you used your credit card. The credit card company may also warranty it. Depending on your card its type and Terms...

I have Returned a bad item (not aquarium related ) to amazon 9 months later....

I know for a fact that fishstreet will sell you a new motor dirt cheap. Email them and just say you have a wp60 that died and want to know what to do. They will email back a price to pay pal them for a replacement motor.

Really? Maybe because you don't know?

It's been 18 months since I tried to deal with Jebao directly. They REALLY didn't want to have anything to do with selling to individuals or warranty issues. They wouldn't even do warranty to distributors. The warranty that some resellers offer is at their expense, not Jebao's.

Now this may have changed since I was involved with them. But I seriously doubt it. And don't get me wrong, I think their stuff is good enough and cheap enough that I have 3 DC12000 pumps and a handful of original WP wavemakers in my tanks.
