Jebo Protein Skimmers?

Has anyone seen these on ebay. They are so inexpensive, I am assuming they are not very good but was just wondering if anyone has any info or experience with these skimmers. I cant find anything on the internet. I wonder if It would be worth it to get one and just attach a stronger pump to make it work better.

In the DIY forum, there's a loooong thread on people purchasing them, and then modifying them with a needle wheel & a different pump.
After that, they said it works great.
