Jeremy, Ihave one more question about the vertex pumps.If I mesh modded the pump for the IN250 would it be better to do it from a de-pinned wheel or the standard impeller that comes in the pump? Do you have or can get the standard impeller? thanks

I think I would do it with the pinwheel, rather than the standard stock impeller. We do have the stock impellers for the Gen-X pumps if you want to go that route?

If you think the pinwheel would be a better route, then thats what I'll probaly do. I was just thinking thats what the octo guys do. Iwas wondering about the rigidity of the pinwheel vs. the standard impeller, but I didn't know if it was even an issue. I didn't even know Gen-X impellers fit. Finally, let me thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions. I caught the Depot fellows trying to "vaguely" get me to buy Gen1 skimmer. I had to nail them down to admit it. You seem honest and very skilled at your job. Thanks again.
