Hi Jeremy,
Order a Red Sea Reef Foundation Pro kit last week and when I got it part A of the mag. test had leaked in the box. It appears that the cap was not tight as it was loose and crystallized around the cap and wet in the bottom of the plastic box it came in. Its hard to tell how much leaked out, but is there a way to just get part A of the mag test replaced. I did send an email to sales on Friday, but haven't heard back yet. Any chance you could take a look at this? The order number was 499009.

Hey Dan,

It looks like you just emailed yesterday around 11:14am, then Michelle Ray left you a voicemail at your phone number we have on file early afternoon yesterday. Sorry there may have been some miscommunication there.

We can get the reagent replaced for you, that shouldn't be a problem at all. Did it damage anything else inside the test kit when it leaked, or is everything else ok?

Hi Jeremy,
I emailed Friday then left a message on the online help yesterday, probably what your seeing. I did check my voice mail for the number listed on file and nothing, but that happens to my voice mail sometimes. Not a big deal anyway, just thought I would ask here.

As far as the kit goes, everything else was fine. If you can do just the part A for the mag. that would be great.
