Hi all, been so busy with work these days, such little time left for other non family stuff. As for the LEDS, they are now over Seth's tank (wheel of time). I switched back to Radiums for the winter as I was running 400+ ways of heaters and I figured if I was gonna do that, might as well run the Radiums. When I had them everything grew really well. Maybe in the spring ill build a new set.

Thanks for the update. That is something I think a lot of people forget about when switching away from halides.

Joe, are the LED's back on your tank. What updates do you have for us?

Nope, took them down a while ago. Now using T5s, the colors of the chalices have improved with the T5s. I did like the power savings but I think the multichips are much improved from when I did this.

So the collimator/reflector doubled PAR?
Where can I find somethign like that

I would like to do some LED blue actinic supplements...like around my MH bulb in little strips.

I think building them like this might be kind of cool. I would just want them for coloration of the corals, not to add PAR.
