I've been looking to get an angel for a new build, was looking towards a regal or scribbled, but went with a juvi Goldflake thats been at my LFS for months by itself.
When it came in it had pretty bad fungal and bacterial infections and was treated a long time ago. Got it for $120 and is doing well at home. Gotta love Small business Saturday.

When they are really tiny I don't think they have any black on their dorsal fin yet.

Its impossible to find any sort of standard on juvi's this small. When it first came in it was well under an inch and had no black. Now its barely an inch and a quarter so we will see.

I love the Potters. They are definitely a tough fish to find healthy. I got mine from nicewrasse and Brett already had him eating everything. Both the Potters and the Ornate leopards eat NLS pellets.

The trick to leopard wrasse is the same as most delicate angels. Make sure they are disease free and get them eating small amounts all day long as they would in their natural environment.
