Judging interest in Complete 220 reef with alot of extras

I am thinking about getting out of the hobby and i am just judging interest in my setup. I just don't have the time or the money to do it any more


The equipment

220 gal all glass aquarium oak
drilled for return and with overflow box
back is painted blue
matching stand
custom plywood canopy (not pretty, my tank is inwall)

2 400w retro halide kit- ushio bulbs, pfo ballast, some extra bulbs
52 watt power compact retro (taken from nano cube) actinic bulbs
little giant return- 4-MDQX-SC

maxi jet 400 and 1200 with sureflow mods and custom mounts.

berlin turbo skimmer- with i think a mag drive 4 on it
custom rubbermaid 55 gal sump

i am also including a 55 gal oak tank and stand (been resealed, but holds water)
40 gal high black tank, oak stand,
24 gallon acrylic nano tank with built in sump and skimmer(i believe it is an all clear, wet pets sold it a few years ago. the pc retro on the big tank belongs on here
might be another 1 or 2 20 or 10 gal tanks laying around
2 emperor 400 hang on filters
at least 1 aquaclear 500 hob
emperor aquatics fluidized bed filter ( might be missing some parts) i never hooked it up

Coral and Rock

not too much coral( but i have some)

i am guessing there is at least 300 lbs of live rock in the tank, i have had some of this rock in various tanks for the last 9 years. good coraillne growth with some shrooms here and there.

there are around 20 blue dot and watermellon shrooms in here,
a nice 6 " by 6" star polyp colony.
some braching gorgonian
a nice long tentacle anemone, i have had it for about 2 years.
a huge kenya tree that throws frags all the time
10 polyp colony of hot pink zoos
12 headed hammer coral about the siz of a softball(i actually bought this a a 3 headed piece from a local member about a year ago
200 lbs live sand


FISH

10" Vlamingi tang (beautiful fish had since she was 3 ")
Mated pair of clarkii clowns (proven egg layers, but stopped laying when i switched bulb colors)
3" coral beauty, she didn't bother anything in here
5" desjardini tang
i think there are still 2 damsels in here,
i last saw my purple reef lobster about 2 months ago(only the third time in 1/2 years i have seen him
a few hermits, and one giant turbo snail

Asking $1100.00
At this time i am not willing to part out

there is also a ton of other stuff laying around that you can have too

Baldwin is in the South Hills. Think Liberty Tunnels > rt51 S. When you hit a 35 mile an hour zone that should be 55 with cops everywhere, that's Baldwin/Whitehall.
