Well, I started my new job in Dallas last week and all I got to say is MAN, is it HOT down here! Actually, the job is great. I love it. Now, I've not actually MOVED down here, I'm just working down here during the week doing computer programming for Southwest Airlines.

But enough of my 1:40 AM rambling. Back to the point.

SUBMIT YOUR PICS!!!

Please, that is. This months contest will close for submissions July 19th @ Midnight. Get your pics in so we can have some GREAT pictures to vote again. We have had many great months - let's have another one!!!

Man..my wife is already hating me.. first spending a bunch of money to get a tank setup and running...and NOW after looking at so many beautiful pics that others do, I am bugging her for a new Canon rebel XT with some macro lenses....LOL So, if you guys don't hear from me for a while.................call the police please.

I refrained from voting, because I'm indifferent about it. It's a good idea, but it has it's pros and cons. I like it, but I'm too indifferent to even vote as unsure.

My AC got better. Simple probably. Tank wise, only cost me one hammer coral. But there's a funny story there.

That hammer coral started it's life in my 29g tank. When that went kaplooey, I brought it to my office to live in my 20g tank. In preparation for bringing it home, I broke it in 2 to leave a piece at my office tank. Then one day my office tank had a heat problem (stupid aluminum building) and the piece of hammer I was going to bring home almost croaked. The other, however, did really well.

So I brought the one piece and put it in my home tank. It has slowly started to look better while the one in my office (now my bedroom tank) flourished and was amazing.

Now the recent AC problem killed the one in the bedroom tank and all I have is the recovering one downstairs, which is looking better all the time.

Anyhow, POTM poll will be posted today. And I will try to catch up earlier next month.
