July Get Together?

No update on the c-sea site. Any plan for a get together or meeting?

Nothing planned at the moment that I am aware of. I suspect that summer is just too busy for everybody (at least that's true for me!).

I think all we're talking about is an informal night 'somewhere', for dinner or just to hang and talk, for people who are free.

What suggestions do folks have for a place if you all want to do it? I know 7-8 so far have had an interest in hooking up.

(Carole, I'll have to DRAG myself away from the garden, if that sounds familiar to you!! )

I'm all for taking the summer off! Just alot of talk at the May meeting about how we should do things over the summer.

Hey all, are we on for tomorrow night?

Will the Lone Star at Midway mall work for those who aren't on this side of town? Should we post directions if it will work? Is about 8:30-9:00 good?

Also, I have a couple baggies of cheato I can bring if anyone is in need (let me know), and dead LR (5-7" and a bit of tonga) I'll just bring along in case anyone wants it. (free stuff!)

When did tomorrow night come up?

Erik, that's the day that was proposed on the C-Sea site about 3-4 weeks ago, because even though not a formal event, it's the 3rd Friday, and then the thread was moved over here. On our site, 7-8 people had said the date was good. I 'think' people still had tomorrow in mind, but others pipe up if that's not the case. I know Chuck has been planning for tomorrow too.

AH, checking to sites gets to be a pain. Hope the csea forums on the csea site start taking off soon. Im no go though for friday night this week. I've got the kid this weekend

Yeah, I think we need to figure out a better way to utilize the C-Sea forum cuz it is a pain jumping around. Given that, just put ideas down about what we want to do 'over there', vs here. Things will probably always overlap though.

yeah, I think it will be hard getting everyone to go over there when RC is such a massive place for people to meet. I guess I'll just have to check over there more often.
