July Meeting Information

The next meeting will be held July 27, 2008 at 2pm. This will be a family picnic meeting for our 2nd anniversary. The location for the event will be my house in Cortland,IL which is by Dekalb. The address will be sent out a week before the meeting. There will be our annual raffle, food and I will talk about some of the changes I have made to my systems. The club will provide the meat, we ask the people who are attending to bring drinks/side dishes and deserts. If attending please let me know what you would like to bring.

The other major thing planned for the July meeting is nominations for our board of directors and holding a vote to confirm the clubs new by-laws. The by-laws are necessary because we recently became a non profit organization. The tentative by-laws have been emailed to the members. If you are not on our list please pm and I can get you a copy. These will be voted on at our July meeting.

Just a reminder this Sunday is the BBQ. We are planning on eating around 3pm and will do the raffle and club activities after we eat. Some members are attending the frag swap at MRS and we do not want to exclude them from the activities.

If anyone else is bringing any food please post it here. If you do not have the address please pm me.

If anyone wants to bring frags to trade please do so. I have plenty of stuff to trade and I am sure others will bring some stuff as well.
