Thanks Deane (astrogazer) for all the tips on aquarium photography...Also Rogger for the information on podcast.....been listing for several months now.......Great to take along on a car trip.....Another great meeting well worth taking a vacation day from work.

I am not sure who the Xenia Elongata came from that I took home, but they where pulsing like mad 5 min after I put them in the tank. Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words ... I too got some goodies at the auction including a clam that I'm looking forward to seeing under the HQI in the morning. I'm sure there will be images of the new additions in the near future.

I agree. Great meeting and auction. Deane's presentation was very informative - and not just for aquarium photography...it will help with all the pictures I take.

Good man ... I was hoping that members would come away with more than just good reef images. I have always been satisfied that I embraced photography in my life as I have been able to capture some of life's most important moments and have made memories with amazing clarity and intensity.
