It feels good to have my camera in my hands again. Priority shifts ya know?

We had a very fall like day yesterday. Today is warming back up into the 70s and there is a lot of bird activity. I was chasing a black and white warbler thru the canopy and had to settle for this redstart. So hard this time of year when the leaves are so dense!

Very nice! Yes, very fall-like here too the last 24 hours... the great migration south for raptors and songbirds will soon be starting.

I have a sweet setup in the winter. I bring the birds within 18" of my lens and they cant see me! looking forward to workin it again
