Just a couple pics

I've always enjoyed your pictures in the photography section. Your macros and tank shots are of the same great caliber. I just received a frag of pink Floyd today.

Beautiful shots, beautiful colors and amazing tank!
Congrats to a new year with your tank :)

Thank you! I'm really happy with how the growth rate has picked up as I near the year mark.

Check this out,.. it's a month of growth:

That is an awesome coral!!! I can't wait to start seeing all the colors from mine as it gets a little larger :)

That is the most money I have ever spent on a Frag.

Wow! That is incredible growth. I'm lucky to get that much growth in a year. Can you tell us more about your system, parameters, and dosing? Do you have a build thread?

Thank you! My website has a bunch of information about the tank it is http://whiskey.xj42.com

I also have a build thread, but it's on another site. Not sure if I can link to that or not.

The setup is pretty basic:
4x54W Tek T5 retro with parabolic reflectors, and 40 3W LED's in between with lenses, all 6" off the water in a canopy with the inside painted white.

29G Sump, with a center fuge section using Cheato.
CA Reactor and Kalk on topoff.
Bubble Magnus 7 Skimmer

I use tank glass algae as a feeding indicator, if I have to clean every day it's too much food, if I don't have to clean for 3 days it's too little food.

Alk stays at 7-8
CA I keep around 400-420
Mag last I checked was in the 1200 ish range, but I haven't checked in a long while. I check ALK often and tune the CA reactor using that level because it moves the fastest if the dose is too high or low.
