Just a curious clown question.

Hey, I was just curious if anyone knows why my clown changed color? I have 2 O clowns and when I got them I couldnt tell them apart. Now one is much darker. Anyone have any insights?

Occ's do get darker with age. Is it the smaller of the 2 that is darker? I also have a pair and the male is very dark compared to the female.

They were both pretty much the same size when i got them, and still are, but it is the one that is exhibiting submissive behavior that got darker.

That'll be the male I would think your clowns have worked out who is who, the male will get darker and the female will get bigger...IME anyways
