Just a few photos

This one looks kind of spooky. Hey Bob this is from Bills tank.

Too bad it only looks like this thru a camera lens.

That first one is spooky Steve! What is it?

Good looking acan! Nice colors. It looks like it's dripping down from the top. Another great shot of it would be tight around that psycho looking polyp face with the tentacles peeking out.

I beleive it is a Clavularia sp. or Glove/Clove Coral.

I thought it was a little drippy/trippy looking too! I'll put my extension rings on and try a closer shot.

Here is a quick focus stack. I could have done a few frames more and I need some more practice to improve edge quality. I cropped this one to get better framing but I should have just done better in the camera. It would have turned out better.

Wow Steve, that's a great shot. I need to learn about photo stacking.

Very cool Steve! Please get that technique dialed in so when I try there will someone I can ask about it. ;)

Did you find the tentacles move a fair amount between shots? They look surprisingly stable in the pic.

They surprisingly didn't move to much. This was kind of a quickie shot otherwise I would have shut off all the pumps. I did have to touch up two polyps that had a double image. You can still see a few if you look closely.
