Just wanted to share my experience with a RC sponsor, premium aquatics
I ordered a 6x54 ati sunpower fixture and some bulbs yesterday. The site said everything was in stock and they had a 10% off sale, so I pulled the trigger.
I get an email from Jason who tells me that they don't have any 6x54's available and that it was going to be 2 weeks before they were available.
Then comes the reason why I'm bothering writing this - he offers me a 6x54 dimable unit at NO extra cost. His words were that he hates disappointing customers and he'd rather take a loss and have a happy customer. I was blown away. It's not like I've spent thousands here, or have an established relationship with anyone there.
So anyway, I was blown away and just wanted to share my experience.
