Just wanted to drop by and say thanks.
A few weeks ago I had a half-finished tank to sitting in the shop that I could not complete without further info about a couple of your products. I called my customer to get his input, he posted my questions in this forum and quickly received a response from you that answered my questions. Total elapsed time was about 5 minutes. I was able to get right back to work on it with no delay. I know you'll say you were just doing your job, but you do it well - your prompt and complete answers allowed me to do my job efficiently and get everything completed on time.
...I just felt this should be acknowledged as you have a history of answering all of my questions (though never posted by me), so thanks again and keep up the good work.
Should you ever be in my neck o' the woods ... :beer:

Thanks! It is funny of things work, yesterday was one of the worst days I have had in months, time pressure, angry vendors, unreasonable demands and just seemed like nothing went my way. Today has been a good day and I really appreciate the positive comments.

I also want to add Roger's attention to good service is not limited to expensive items but seemingly small or insignificant items/parts/issues.

I like Tunze products not only because they are good but also because Roger is working hard to make sure that we are happy with Tunze products.

I just want to say thanks to Roger as well. Every time I have posted a question he has answered them right away and with a complete and detailed answer. Definitely one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with.
