I'm not sure how to take pics of softies and especially the feather duster (the feather duster isn't a coral though) because even though I turn off all the pumps they still move from momentum and fish like to be near the corals

For items that move you need a faster shutter setting.

Looking at your exif data you are using an iso setting of 3200. Is your tank that dark? Are you zooming in to get your pictures? I'm asking because it shows your focal length at 250mm. Unless you have really high quality glass you probably aren't going to get super sharp images at full or near full zoom.

Just a quick tip.....try playing with a custom white balance. You can dial up and down until you find the setting you like. You can tame the blues a bit.
