its a pretty big when i got him about 8 inches acrossed i was wondering how many times i should feed him and he opens up huge at night but half during the day normal? but he set his foot were he is so idk anybody got anything?

any pics? It's probably just still acclimating. Feed it whenever it's ready, usually once or twice a week. But it depends on your own preferences

Sure it isn't a Sebea? (( H. crispa )). I have never seen, or even heard of an LTA (( M. doreensis )) with colored tips.

What type of lights do you have? And what lights was it under?

ya it has very long tenticals about 5 inches each its a very wide anonome it has blue tips its very nice looking its not a sebea the place i got it from is in pittsburgh were i live name aqua world very good saltwater store they just ordered him from vietnam since vietnam is just opening there doors to us to trade goods they piced him up

Tentacle length isn't the way to tell, can you take a picture of it? And ideally of the underside of the oral disc.

the underside is pink i belive its not blue like blue tip tips it goes from white tentcles to blue tips wich about half inch is blue on the tips

White tentacles isn't a good sign, will wait until the pictures come, but when I hear white I think bleached. White Sebeas, unfortunately, are all too common.

its defintly not bleeched its equly colored acrossed the bored and the tips are equly colored each

Okay, just was thrown off when you said "from white tentacles"

Then it is bleached. I saw one of your other posts where you said it was pure white --- that is bleached, no other way around it. White with blue tips is a bleached Sebea. They have very poor track records, and honestly I would suggest taking it back if possible.

yea definately sounds like a large sebae to me, exept a pink foot... If it is really pure white, with a pink foot, and baby blue tipped tentacles sounds like a new species of anemone. haha

ok i just hit it with a flash light to see if fully inlarged its a off white not pure like milk white but a off white and the body is all white but the tenacles are only slightly white a the base the rest is baby blue they after the baby blue there are little white tips if it was bleached there wouldnt be the white tips at the top its just berlly white at the tips but enought to notice even if your not looking for it
