So my clown fish have been sad I had a bryopsis outbreak in my sps dominated tank and it decimated their hosting sites.... duncans and wall hammer. So a local reefer was selling a 10" rbta for $50 so I grabbed it. My clowns came with a super small rbta when I first got them. WAY too small for 2.5" black and whites! They hammered the heck out of it and wouldn't let it grow. I rescued it from a complete white out bleaching with octopus cubes and everything..... anyways back to the point. I got the nem put it in the tank (after acclimating it appropriately of course) and the clowns went right for it! Omg never seen them happier bc they could get lost in it. I put the nem on the floor and it moved for the first few days till it decided to place its foot kinda in an alcove abd be half in and half out into the light. Color looks amazing deep red but it hasn't fully inflated like it was in the other persons tank. I know its only been going on 3 weeks now. It might not even stay where it is. I have great lighting... radions at 18/20k and 2 mp40s (1 mp10 but I recently turned it off.... git rid of most of my sps). Anyways here is a pic.... in wondering if I should move it out and put it up higher in the tank to start away from this cave and maybe it will be more out?
