Your mailbox was full so here is my response to your pm.
If she is letting him sleep in the anemone then it is usually just a matter of time before they pair.
If she hadn't accepted him at all, then I would have suggested putting her in a container (tupperware with holes or something) and float her in the tank for a couple days while the juvenile gets used to the anemone. By the time you let the female out he has had a chance to gain a little confidence in his surroundings and is better able to stand up to her.
Since she has already started to allow him to sleep in the anemone, I would just let them be at this point.
