And I can't wait to set it up Looks like a pretty easy install. Im wondering...with the output pipe (for in-sump install)...should I push it all the way in?

Once I get it up and running I will take some photos.

Push the outlet pipe in to the stop, their is a small protrusion that should stop it. Just take your time, be sure the bottom tray with suction cups is in completely and the pipe is in correctly and the little coupler piece is well seated between the pump and the intake grate with grate fully open.

Gotcha...somehow I missed the little coupler piece when I was putting it together even though it is pretty clear in the instructions You know how people get when a new toy arrives...rip open the box and forget to read the manual! :lol:

So the intake grate should always remain fully open?

Yes, on sump use the grate stays fully open.
