Just got my first anenome!

I just purchased a red bubble tip anenome and he seems to be doing great. I added him about 15 hours ago and he is showing signs of stress still. With my moons on he was extended and seemed ok. This morning I noticed he was back in stress mode.

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to help relieve stress from him? He moved a few inches and seems comfy for now. Also, when and what should I try feeding him? My LFS said to feed him frozen silversides. Any advice would be appreciative.

What are your water parameters? (pH, a/n/n, phosphate, alk)

Age of tank?

Lighting? (Metal halide, t5ho, pc, etc)
Wattage? Tank size?

Be patient with it, theyake a little while to adjust, i wouldnt feed it anything til he looks happy, probably ont take it anyway, they like to be attached in a crevice on a rock.

I am running 4 VHO bulbs 50/50.
Parameters are:
SG-1.023
pH-8.3
11-dkH
79 degrees F
Phosphate-0.6
Calcium-420
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-0
Ammonia-0

Tank is a little over four months old. It is a 55g. One thing I noticed earlier today is that he was shriveling up. I read on a few places that they do this when they are pooping. I looked at him and there was a small black pellet type thing coming from his mouth area. I went to do some laundry and came back and he looked happy. My LFS said they hadn't fed him anything in about 5 days and so I tried giving him a frozen silverside and he took it right out of my hand! Seems ok now.

Do they usually reach out during the day and sleep at night?

Mine tend to "close up" at night, forcing my perculas to sleep elsewhere.
Your parameters look good, though some may say to bump your salinity up to .026
