Just had to drain my tank.

I had to catch a butterfly. I have a major slime going on in the tank. All corals were out of water about 20-30 minutes.

Think I'll be ok?

I did it to mine at the weekend too, every thing was fine, not as much slime though!

I would worry more about the anaerobic bacteria in the live rock that dying off .
Maybe monitor water parm for a bit?

The slime should be fine, just a defense against being exposed to the air, I've had some sps slime up like crazy on the trip home from the lfs. Pretty sure it just dissolves in the water eventually

I agree and would run som carbon for a couple of days. When I used to do water changes on my old tank a few corals would become exposed and slime up. Not to that extent though, I would imagine that it will work its way out as some wild coral are exposed for hours in the sun and create a slime coat to protect themselves.
