Just my little (overly stocked with coral) 10 gallon

Marley & Me
I borrowed a different phone, how does no one in this house have cameras? Anyways, the camera on this phone is slightly better than mine. Still sucks but oh well. Here is my little joy. It's next to the head of my bed. Nothing fancy. Just a 10 gallon with lots of corals, a green clown goby, a springer damsel, a coral banded shrimp and lots of crabs and stomatellas. Lots of corals of all types. It's the love of my life right now. It's so stocked too, I am gonna have to get a new one soon.

Just a pic I snapped when I borrowed the slightly better 'camera'

Meh picture, awesome tank. I just set up a standard 10 gal. as an office reef. It's nice to see that someone else has had success with keeping one running and stocked. What lighting and filtration do you keep?

So far the worst part about having it have been not being able to take any decent pics :( Got a camera somewhere, it's missing.

Anyways, thank you! The lighting is just a Cool Spectrum 26 watt CFL and a LED setup I got used. I don't know much about the LEDs, just that they are Catalina Aquarium Brand.

My filter is just an external power filter rated for a 30 gallon. No refugium or skimmer. I just feed lightly and do a 10% water change every week. So far so good. As long as I don't stock it more or overfeed, my nitrates have been very low for not having more advanced filtration.

Thanks so much you guys! I have not kept a SW tank for about 8 years until this one. It's getting on about a year old or so. I know larger tanks are suppossed to be easier to maintain but I just can't afford all the equipment and my first SW tank ever was a 5 gallon nano and it did alright. Here is a pic of my very first tank.

Every time I saw this pic on my comp it made me sad I didn't have it anymore, so I started again and went nano again. I will have to go larger to feed this addiction, I am thinking 20 long next. I am pretty good about not adding too many fish but I coud buy a new frag every day (live around the corner from an excellent reef shop with insane prices)

From your description, you're going to want a 120g, not a 20g! Them frags need room to grow... ;)
