Just ordered lighting. Did I do ok?

Hello I have a 30G 36'' wide tank and i just ordered a "36 inch Current USA Nova Extreme 2x39 watt T5 HO 10K/460nm " light for it is this decent lighting for a basic beginner tank? I'm starting small..

You should be fine with that light set up. What are you planning to put in your 30 gallon.

Thanks for the input. I'm really not to sure yet.. I figured that i would start with a light bio load and take it slow adding as I become more knowlageable. I don't want to get ahead of myself so I just starting a FOWLR tank but then getting more indepth.

WELCOME !!! just make sure that u don't get the damsels,, because later on u won't be able to get other fish because the damsels will be so aggressive...trust me I've been there,,, biggest mistake of my time in this hobby

I had to take all my rock out to get my 3 damsels out. They were mean, but beautiful, little buggers.

Agreed with Ryan did same thing put 2 damsels to start off.... very big regret!
