Just received Acan echinata colors faded ..help!

I just received my shipment with my acan and it's about 75 percent white.is this an indication that it's stressed or is it going to die? It's supposed to be red and light purple but most of it is white, does this happen within 20 or less hours of shipping or will the color come back?I'm just wondering if I should contact the seller or wait to see what happens. All help/advice greatly appreciated. Btw...the acan lords that came with it look fine.??

I would contact the seller, if the picture showed color, it definitely didn't lose that color in transit unless it was damaged in some way

I recieved a acan rotundoflora for the DR. F&S that was the same coral in the pic, but it was light yellow and green instead of red and green, I guess I just assumed it would color up?

In the picture it was a beautiful red with violet splashed Acan. Echinata. When I received it most of the colors were gone, turning to a white color. I put it in a shaded place and I'll give it some time. Crossing my fingers.
