Just received some corals - look great!

I just received some corals from you guys and wanted to compliment you on the entire order process! The packing job on the corals was by far the best I have ever seen and the frags I received were much larger than I expected (one was supposed to be a 3" frag and I received a huge 7" piece)!

Thank you for the compliments . We appreciate your support and would welcome you to visit our coral facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin . In about four weeks we will be shipping more of the rarer fish from our Wisconsin facility rather than from Los Angeles . We also have tentative plans to double the size of our coral propagation area in 2007 .

Is there any way to find out on LiveAquaria if an item is shipping from Wisconsin rather than California? It would be nice to know as the trip from Rhinelander to Madison is much easier on the fish than from LA to Madison. I look forward to seeing the facility this year (missed out last yet) and look forward to future orders!

Yes, you can tell by looking for the two letters "SE" in front of the item number when looking at corals on our website, and also by watching for the letters "CF" (for Coral Farm) in the item name. Also please note all Diver's Den items come from our Wisconsin location. If you prefer, we would be more than happy to help you while placing an order with a phone agent as to which items are shipped from Wisconsin as well. We hope this information helps you!
