Just wanted to let everyone know about my latest transaction with LA.

I placed an order for some fish and then placed a Divers Den order later that day. So today was the delivery day and fedex only dropped one box off after 3pm. I asked the guy about a second and he looked at me like i was crazy. So as I was taking care of the mushroom rock that arrived i started to get concerned about the fish.

Fedex didn't show up with the second box till almost 630est and the box was badly damaged. I had one DOA and the other fish aren't looking so good. As of right now they are in QT trying to recover.

But needless to say I called and Jon was great. Asked great questions and got me taken care of. I just wanted to say thanks to all the good people at LA. You are indeed an asset to the hobby!

Great to hear! Also sorry to hear about the second box situation... but thats not LA fault. I always think of Ace Ventura when i order things online :lol:and pray that they carry my box on a pillow lol and handle it with the best of care... I can only imagine what the fish go thru while shipping...
