this is something i have being working for like a month for a friend of my the tank is 4 feet by 8 feet long by 24"H the sump was built to take the hall bottom of the tank the foot print is 96X36X19H well inoff chitchat here some pics

How many gallons are going on top of that stand? Does it need more support? Great looking Sump!

that tank is 8'L X 4'W X 24"H total water of 479g the stand is well made and the tank is full of water and live rock i will take some more pictures today of the other side of the tank

guys that stand is build like a rock trust me it looks simple but is not there is a wall in the other view of the tank supporting the hall side of the tank and the rest you see is mounted in the concret floor

What thickness acrylic did you use? Looks like 1/2" .Nice sump I want top do something like that on my 500,I bought a 150 gallon rubbermaid,but this would be much nicer to look at.
