...I always suprise ya.
So, a carpenter wrasse found it's way into my overflow, happens to the best of us. (and worst of us) so after about a day or so of trying to fish it out I go up to my lfs and pick up a net. It took another hour to grab him up. (this is where it starts to get embarrassing)
So on my way to pulling him up he wriggles out and goes IN-BETWEEN the two parts of the overflow which isn't removable. With a half inch gap between the compartments I have to go back to the lfs to get a feeding stick. Come back home and run the feeding stick between the compartments. Human nature would suggest that it is remotely close to where it entered so I start at the opposite end and run it along the middle and out pops out the fish un-expectantly in the middle...











BACK INTO THE OVERFLOW!!!!! :mad2: He has found himself a nice secluded condo for a few days till I can deal with it without wringing his fishy neck!

Dude, you misspelled mangler. I don't think it will take that long to get him out now that I have a decent net that reaches the bottom.

I did get it out thanks, and I don't have any more muscle mags since YOUR subscription ran out, I'd take them out of your trash can at night but most issues were too sticky to even look through. Must have been all the salty water getting between the pages right Ram?

I was considering egg crate but I don't have a canopy and it's a PITA lifting it for feeding and maintenance so not sure what to do.

I wasn't too shy, I read them for the articles and there were no more subscriptions to get All subscriptions were taken out by one Dennis A.K.A Ramtheory so I just assumed it was yours.
