Nearly all of my coralline algae is red - some is pink, but most is blood red.

Just wondering if there is any sort of significance to that - is calcium too high...non necessary minerals in the water....lack of flow...just wondering.

just the type you have in your tank I believe.

As you get corals from other people you may get more pink, green and other variations. Red seems to be the dominate color I've seen.
