Juvenile Chevron Tang & Prazipro

I recently purchased a juvenile Chevron Tang, and currently, he is in my quarantine tank. Thankfully, he is eating Rod's food and picking at the nori (which I soaked with a little garlic). I would like to start treating him with Prazipro for any chance of flukes. I have treated other fish in the past with Prazipro for flukes (with no issues), but I wasn't sure whether any one has had or heard any problems with using Prazipro with Chevron Tangs. Thanks in advance.

the prazi pro is reef safe and i use it on many very delicate wrasses with no issues so IMO you should have no problems at all . always watch your ph when treating in small QTs and dont use to much ,it works well if used correctly so read the directions carefully . dont think you will have any problems ~ good luck ~

I agree that you should be fine. I have only had problems with prazi when either the fish wasn't eating (I no longer treat fish until they are eating well), or the fish had a heavy parasite burden and it was the mass die off of the parasites, not the prazi that was causing a problem.

Thank you for the information.
